The FURIO has medium-sized paddle blades with an increased blade to shaft offset and an internal foam core and is designed for a medium to high angle paddling technique. Its blade forward design ensures maximum propulsion and stabilizes powerful forward strokes. The extremely stiff paddle blades give a powerful catch immediately when diving in and can be effectively pulled through the entire paddle stroke with pressure.

 

The pressure point (blade) of the FURIO sits in front of the pull point (hand on the paddle shaft), which makes the pressure build-up more even and allows the paddle to move through the water without fluttering and with optimum power transmission.

The super-light blades with foam core generate buoyancy and therefore carry their already low weight when paddling. The all-round black dynel edging protects the blades in the event of impacts.

 

The feather-light carbon shaft combined with dihedral blades ensures optimum power transmission with every paddle stroke.

2-piece paddles are easier to stow in the car or in/on the kayak. In addition, thanks to the ferrule, they offer the advantages of a choice of various feather angles and a length adjustability of up to 10 cm. Our PaddLock ferrule offers a precise, tight fit while providing a smooth, one-piece feel. Easy to use and infinitely variable adjustment of the feather angle is possible. Locking is achieved by closing the lever, which can also be retightened with a screw. PaddLock is the tried-and-tested standard division for all Prijon touring paddles.
